Payment Terms

• Payments must be made via the methods specified in the agreement.
• Late payments may incur additional charges.
• No further adjustments to the cost, manpower, or timeline will be made post-agreement without Logelite’s consent.

Refunds are not applicable for completed services unless explicitly agreed upon.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information.
• Ensuring content supplied for projects does not violate copyright laws or ethical standards.
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within specified timelines.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact the project’s delivery and quality.

User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

If you submit comments, feedback, or suggestions to Logelite, you grant us the right to use and distribute them without any obligation or compensation.

• Submissions must not infringe on third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or offensive material.

Prohibited Uses

• Losses caused by changes in search engine algorithms, paid ad policies, or third-party disruptions.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Logelite reserves the right to terminate a project or service for:

• Non-payment
• Breach of terms
• Inappropriate client behavior

Clients may terminate services with written notice as per the terms outlined in the agreement.

Dispute Resolution, Mediation & Arbitration

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt mediation. If the dispute remains unresolved, it will be submitted to arbitration, the decisions of which will be binding and governed by the laws of India.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Logelite and its clients, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

Governing Law

The laws of India govern these terms, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Logelite reserves the right to update, modify, or delete any part of this page or the Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

However, in specific situations where updates significantly impact existing contracts, clients will be informed in advance about the changes.
